You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. • You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account to place wagers or conduct any transactions.

188rich accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your 188rich account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. 188rich reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source and ownership of deposited funds.

• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 188rich account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one banking business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• USDT and Coins.ph deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and current network conditions.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188rich Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any multi-player game format.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments, stolen identities, or falsified documentation.

188rich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or source-of-funds requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Account activity that 188rich reasonably suspects involves fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider linked to your account.

Upon account closure initiated by 188rich for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be subject to review. Where no breach is established following investigation, net withdrawable balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188rich's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

188rich does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
